I view therapy as a process through which we explore the issues that confront you, place them in a context and develop strategies for change. Engaging in this process not only do we learn new ways of coping or getting "unstuck" but we also develop a more genuine relationship with ourselves, others and the world in general. I am authentic and direct but a considerate therapist who will work with you and assist in empowering you to move forward in meeting your goals with care, compassion and a sense of humor.
