Offering holistic support, clients are able to integrate their therapy sessions with private 1:1 yoga sessions. Through private practice, 3 Roads, we emphasize why self-care is so important. In therapy, we implement mindfulness exercises for our clients with a holistic approach. We are spiritual beings who are always on a journey to balance all 7 chakras and that is what we guide clients to do. With an emphasis on empowerment, focusing on strengths, and how to mentally maneuver through nuances of mental flexibility and identity, we strive to partner with clients in the maintenance of their presenting issue(s).
