I’m Tara Spry, an LPC providing primarily telehealth therapy for families, teens, young adults, and adults in Missouri and Kansas. I specialize in anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, relationship stress, and overthinking patterns. With a background as a school counselor and classroom teacher, I bring a strong understanding of emotional development and life transitions. My trauma-informed, collaborative approach focuses on practical tools that support emotional regulation, clarity, and healthier relationships.
