Hi, I am Dara, founder of A Better Mind, A Better Me, LLC, a virtual solo private practice dedicated to giving people the advantage of shifting their life’s trajectory by prioritizing their mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. I am dedicated to empowering and encouraging you to do life better. I take a dual approach to counseling by working both toward a better mind and, ultimately a better me. My approach is direct and candid, but most importantly, prioritize listening and trust above all else.
