At A Better Tomorrow Counseling Center, LLC, you will find a therapist who works with you to obtain a clearer sense of self and a self you will love. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I am Gottman trained to work with couples and ART trained to work with trauma. Utilizing an integrative approach, I tailor your sessions based upon your needs and goals while implementing a large component of cognitive behavioral techniques. I have experience working in various mental health settings with the last decade in private practice and crisis stabilization.
