So many of us live stressful, anxiety provoking, hectic lives that it can be difficult to understand why our body and emotions react the way that they do. Whether it is past or present trauma, depression, anxiety, family issues, relationship problems, etc., we deserve to find a way to get help and live our best life. Utilizing eclectic methods such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing and a humanistic approach with clients, I have been a witness to many client’s successful transformations and growth in therapy. I believe in providing specialized care to each client in a nurturing, non-judgmental environment to address their therapeutic concerns. As a counselor, I believe in doing this in a timeframe appropriate for the client by working as a team in order to ensure the client’s best outcome.
