A Breath of Fresh Air Counseling LLC is now Licensed & Servicing clients in Missouri & Georgia - My ultimate goal as an LPC is to assist my clients in living their absolute best life. Depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, past trauma, and hurt are all factors that could be prohibiting an individual from being happy and living their best life. These concerns and more are addressed in our sessions. Thinking patterns, toxic behaviors, belief systems and relationships will be explored.
