Accepting new clients! CT, TX, & FL. Therapy is a journey of discovery, and it is never one-size-fits-all. Michelle will walk with you on this journey, meeting you where you are, and assisting you where needed, to get you where you want to be. Talking will only take you so far; the real work begins when you walk out that door/ turn off that video, and face the area of concern(s) in your life. Making changes is not easy, and everyone has different views and goals. Her job is to help support the client as they align their lifestyle to their goal, and provide a safe place to examine oneself and understand one's circumstances.
