I am a seasoned professional. My core belief is, "It's not life that make us crazy. It's what we think about life that makes us crazy." I have spent my adult life counseling and teaching students and patients how to incorporate this truth into their lives. I am a trained Cognitive Therapist and an REBT practitioner. These are both sides of the same coin and relate well to the words of Philippians 4:8 "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report;...think on these things.
