At A Graceful Space, I thrive on giving grace and holding space in a peaceful, nonjudgmental environment. By utilizing evidence-based, trauma-informed care, my goal is to walk alongside you while you process through past and present stressors, in order to reach your life worth living goals. Traumatic events have a major impact on both our mental and physical health. The effects of childhood trauma can last well into adulthood. My goal is to assist you with healing past and present wounds so that you can feel mentally and physically well. I am trained and certified to work with all ages, however mostly work with pre-teens/teens and adults.
