I offer outdoor sessions in the Boulder/Broomfield area and in Estes Park, CO and virtual sessions in the state of Colorado. People return to or start therapy with me after having a relapse, loss, or trauma flare-up. I help people through addiction, grief, trauma, relationships, parenting challenges, life transitions, gender issues, anxiety and depression. I am an addiction counselor and therapist. My presence is direct but warm. I combine somatic awareness, parts work, mindfulness, recovery programming, DBT, therapy in nature, ceremony & ritual, and neuroscience in my approach. I offer psychedelic-assisted therapy and coaching. I meet people outside for nature-based sessions, walk-and-talk therapy, short hikes, longer hikes and even multi-day outdoor trips. I have an office in Broomfield and I can meet virtually. I offer psychedelic-assisted therapy for those struggling with depression or addiction who have not had success with talk therapy and medication.
