Have you ever felt you have set yourself on fire to keep someone else warm? A Jewel's Journey utilizes this analogy to describe how one can make themselves uncomfortable for the comfort of others. Being a support for others has always been our passion and we want to help you to uncover thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and patterns that are no longer working in your life. You are not alone. We work with adults & children from all backgrounds that struggle with depression, anxiety, loss, relationship issues, trauma, or just feeling overwhelmed and that wants a more effective ways to cope. We use an integrative therapy approach to fit your needs and assist you in reaching your goals. With your efforts and vulnerability, willingness of new and effective skills, psychoeducation, and just being heard, you can increase your awareness and develop insight into your foundational thoughts, patterns and actions that are no longer serving you.
