"How did I get here?" It's a question many of us have asked ourselves in the course of our lives. Sometimes "here" is a frustrating, sad, or even scary place. The question we may ask ourselves is, "How do I get to where I want to be?" Sometimes the answer lies in a place where we can receive nonjudgmental feedback and guidance to help us on our journey. I am passionate about helping people get to the place they want to be in their lives-wherever that might be.
