I love to help individuals and couples who while on the road to Life's journey have become entangled, tired, confused, angry, lost, wounded or weary and are looking for a professional compus to help them find their " life worth living". I specialize in helping people move through crisis, transitions and chronic relational and behavioral cycles. I empower clients to move from thinking and living their problems to setting goals,taking action and learning to protect their progress.
