I serve the community by providing interpersonal psychotherapy with a solution focused approach. The population I currently serve is a variety of ages, with dual diagnosis and intellectual disabilities. I do have experience with adolescents and younger children in a school setting for high behaviors. My practice is geared to those who are tired of feeling stigmatized, and exhausted of living for others and wanting to become their true genuine self. I would be honored to part of your empowering journey, creating a life that is not just practical but a life to fulfill your senses. The practice focuses on being culturally competent and meeting people where they need me. Transitions in life can have us feeling alone, unsupported and gaslighting ourselves that we are making it a bigger deal than it is. I am here to acknowledge and be present with you.
