My 30 years of practice provide me with a vast background to work with a wide variety of clients. The value of experience is the ability to meet the client where they are in order to develop a relationship. The goal is to help each client have a better life and to learn skills to manage thoughts, feelings and behavior. I have extensive experience treating ADHD, Depression, Bipolar and Post Traumatic Stress Disorders. Understanding how each of these disorders impacts your life is critical as well as learning coping skills to manage the impact they have on your life.
