Teletherapy! Therapy is supportive, collaborative, and life changing. As I tell each client, your goals are my goals. I assist clients in reaching their goals to improve their relationships, thoughts, and behaviors in a variety of ways. Having studied and practiced in an array of subjects, including addiction, human development, LGBTQI and minority studies, as well as crisis & trauma, I am confident I can assist you in obtaining the goals that YOU set forth in your therapy. In these trying times, let me help you see a better future for yourself. Offering in person and teletherapy in Cypress, and teletherapy for Louisana residents. I enjoy working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. I work with adolescents and adults, helping to identify irrational beliefs, cognitive and behavioral missteps, and negative patterns in everyday life. I also work with couples, helping to identify and correct issues within the relationship, especially communication and conflict resolution.
