Need help but not sure where to start? I am a well-trained, experienced therapist and I use many varied methods of treatment including but not limited to EMDR, DBT, IFS, and others.. While I am equipped to handle most issues, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociative disorders, personality disorders, relationships, gaslighting, and assisting clients who have been in therapy over the years but may not have done well. Highly motivated clients usually progress rapidly with the treatment modalities I use.
