I am a private practice located on a farm which provides a unique and private therapy experience. Getting out of the city may help you to relax and focus in a calm natural environment. I specialize in substance use disorder, co-occurring disorders, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is to help build skills and knowledge to allow you to take charge of your treatment and life. I utilize a variety of therapies such as CBT, ACT, Motiv. Int., Equine, and Mindfulness. I do not have an agenda, I will listen to your needs and goals and create a plan with you to achieve them.
