Being more connected to ourselves or the important people in our lives is central to living a healthy, fulfilled life. When we feel out of alignment with ourselves or disconnected to those we love, our life may feel out of control. When this happens, it can lead to unhealthy choices for both our physical and mental wellness. I work alongside my clients to help re-establish those connections that seemed to have weakened over time. Like a GPS navigation, I assist my clients in finding the direction in life that is most suitable to resolving their problems. It is a collaborative process between the client and me. We all will go through difficult times in our lives. What matters most is the response given to those challenging situations. Understanding yourself better can lead to making different choices in life which can ultimately lead to a more satisfying life. Each person has value and worth, no matter the circumstances.
