Hi, my name is Carla, and I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with extensive experience in multicultural backgrounds, specializing in Caribbean, Central, and South American cultures. I have over fourteen years of experience in assisting individuals, who have been victims of human trafficking, fleeing domestic violence, abuse, and homelessness. I am EMDR trained (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help with trauma. It is my passion to help individuals break free from their past traumatic experiences.
