Welcome to A Place To Heal. My name is Michelle A Giles. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and a Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor. I have over 10 years experience providing individual and couples therapy to adults with co-occurring disorders. I work with people who experience many different issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, and various forms of addiction. I am trained in Internal Family Systems a powerfully transformative, evidenced-based model of therapy. I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and am listed as a Preferred Provider in DE. CPT is an evidenced-based therapy that is very effective in treating PTSD.
