At A Safe Space Counseling, I am passionate about integrating the latest neuroscience insights into my work with children, adolescents, and adults. I believe understanding how the brain and nervous system function is essential for effective trauma healing, anxiety management, and resilience building. I incorporate neuroscience-informed practices into my tailored approach to support lasting change. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Registered Play Therapist, and an EMDRIA-approved EMDR consultant. Trained in Sand Tray therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I enjoy using expressive modalities, incl View 5 Photos I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Registered Play Therapist.
