Hello, I am looking forward to working with you. I do not say help, I say working with, as we are in this together. I hope to be able to provide you with the tools and the skills that you need to overcome and deal with life on life's terms. I also am flexible with appointment times, my calendar reflects when I am able to meet with little notice. Our first session is generally very informal, it is a get to know you session. I will ask general questions and attempt to get some background information about you. While it may seem like a trivial series of questions or comments, this session lays the foundation for our relationship going forward.
