In our work together, you'll learn practical tools to get you out of “stuck” states, experience your emotions safely, and restore balance in your daily life. Our first sessions will introduce you to these techniques and help clarify what you want to focus on in therapy. Together, we’ll walk through effective techniques that not only release trauma but also help restore a sense of safety, clarity, and resilience.
