I'm so proud of you for taking the first step in you're therapeutic journey! This takes a lot of courage and bravery, characteristics you'll need along your therapeutic journey. I'm Aaron, and I'm licensed marriage and family therapist. I'm here to help people grow in emotional maturity through learning the art of self-compassion and developing a positive mindset. When you start strengthening your emotional maturity, you can begin to face the future with more confidence, peace and hope. In our first session you can expect me to be warm, compassionate, caring and encouraging. I genuinely look forward to meeting with you, getting to learn more about you and come up with a plan to help you grow in emotional maturity and set you up to successfully complete your goals.
