For my clients therapy means entering into a safe space and a nonjudgmental environment where listening to your concerns is the main focus. I work with adults and older teens on issues such as depression and anxiety, addiction & recovery, relationships, self-esteem, men's issues, professional challenges, grief, life changes and stress. I believe that the most significant change occurs in people who make a real commitment to counseling, and I enjoy building a cohesive and working therapeutic relationship with clients who are interested in a serious and thorough attempt at self-exploration.
