My approach centers around exploring and understanding your motivations, history, and sense of self. With compassion and empathy we can recognize unconscious patterns, often established in childhood, and help you write a new story. We can appreciate the innate connection between mind and body, wherein psychological wounds can manifest in physical symptoms, and begin to heal. We can explore your defenses, the thoughts and behaviors which helped to keep you safe; we can even strengthen the ones that continue to serve you, and, with love and appreciation, learn to let go of the ones that don’t.
