I have been working with individuals on a variety of mental health issues since 2018. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker who now focuses on working with individuals 18+ with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and general meaning-making. Part of my unique perspective comes from an intensive background in philosophy, art, and mindfulness meditation.
