Greetings! Therapy can be an intimidating process, but one of the most rewarding ones. Whether you're experienced in therapy or trying it for the first time, I am open to it all. I have a deep interest in working with adult individual clients healing from C-PTSD/PTSD, relationship issues, codependency, NAS, anxiety, depression, addiction and substance use, grief and loss, exercise health, stress-managements, and life skills/organization. Through the therapeutic relationship, an eclectic skillset, and some gentle direction, your relationship with yourself and others can be satisfying and we can keep the real you whole.
