I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Clinical Counselor registered to serve anyone residing in the state of California. My purpose in providing virtual therapy is to do my part to contribute to addressing the male loneliness and mental health crisis our society is experiencing. My focus in particular is addressing issues relating to technology and how they impact our mental health, such as technology addiction, porn addiction, parasocial relationships, undermined self-esteem, and a sense of a lack of purpose.
