Aaron earned a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, from the University of Northern Colorado. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Counseling. In addition to counseling, Aaron is a professor, coach, public speaker, and researcher. He enjoys attending conferences and taking part in experiential learning activities that focus on various aspects of social justice. View 7 Photos Prior to joining the Henderson Consulting & EAP services team he spent six years counseling at-risk adults and juveniles around the state of Colorado. In addition to his work with at-risk populations, Aaron has extensive experience in working with individuals, groups, couples, adolescents, and adults who seek counseling for various presenting concerns.
