So much in life tears us down and tells us "we're not good enough," or "we're doing it wrong." Sometimes we even get in the way of ourselves, undermining our own best efforts. Let's face it; we can also be our best enemies. We're each in the middle of our own lives and heaven knows we could all use someone looking in from time to time to help us see what we're missing.
