I work with adults and adolescents looking for assistance with a variety of areas such as anxiety, adjustment or self-regulation issues, and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. People often want to find strategies to help improve their lives and families search for strategies to help their child be more successful at home, child care, school, or in the community. I offer a straight forward, judgement free setting in a comfortable environment. I also work with athletes and performers working to overcome performance anxiety, injury recovery, and getting back to version of themself while taking their skills to the next level. I have experience working with individuals experiencing performance anxiety, lost movement syndrome, general anxiety, hyperactivity, impulsivity, inattentiveness, disruptive behaviors, anger issues, trauma, fearfulness, and oppositional defiance.
