I am a clinical social worker with over thirty years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I compassionately support personal growth using empirically supported interventions, and providing practical strategies to handle life's many stressors. I provide culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care, and welcome all ages, genders and sexual identities. Curiosity and empathy are essential aspects of my work and clients are partners in developing solutions and healing.
