I want you to know that you can feel more connected, whole, energized, and fulfilled. I am dedicated to helping you, using somatic therapy to link the mind, body, and spirit. Over my 10 years of experience, I have specialized in helping adults who experienced trauma as children, and those wanting more secure relationships, trust and intimacy. We will ease your discomfort and use your body's vitality as a key part of healing. We will build you up to address the issues getting in the way of your peace, fulfillment and satisfaction.
