Are you the parent of a pre-teen or teen who's struggling socially, emotionally, and/or academically? Do you want to provide them with a professional who can level with them and be present with them in a way that makes them feel safe to discuss things they don't feel ready to approach you about? Maybe you're looking for some strategies that can improve communication for everyone at home. It can be a challenge to connect with your kids as they get older. Having an advocate for your child who can help bridge the gap certainly doesn't hurt. This is where I think I can help! I specialize in working with kids and their families, particularly those who are neurodivergent/gifted. One of my biggest strengths, clinically, is my ability to access my inner child and talk to kids about the vast majority of their interests and what makes them tick. This is a large part of my rapport-building process and how I'm able to get results.
