I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, anger, and trauma. My clients are often ready to look inward, reflect, and make intentional changes that lead to a more fulfilling life. We all need a space where we can be honest with ourselves—where we can examine what's getting in the way of feeling content, successful, and whole. Often, unrealistic expectations—shaped by family, personal history, or society—distort how we define success. In therapy, we work together to challenge those definitions and reshape the way you view yourself and your world.
