Do you ever feel out of touch with your body or unsure how to ask for what you need in intimacy? Are you and your partner(s) wanting more connection but finding it hard to get on the same page? I offer a supportive, affirming space to help you navigate intimacy, desire, and relationship challenges—whether you’re in a traditional partnership, exploring ethical non-monogamy, or somewhere in between. I especially enjoy working with people who may feel overlooked in other spaces: those who are neurodivergent, living with chronic pain, women of color, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
