Most insurances are accepted. Accepting in-network and out-of-network insurance. I work mostly with young adults and adults. I have experience in gender, identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, and trauma. In our work together, I will pull techniques from different therapeutic approaches such as psychodynamic, relational, expressive arts, IFS, mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy, and emotion-focused therapy, while maintaining a warm and gentle client-centered approach. I am experimental and willing to accommodate any other preferences of approaches in my capacity. I also offer sessions in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
