Hello! My name is Aba and I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Arelis Perez Psychotherapy Services LLC. I’m truly grateful that you are considering partnering with me on your healing journey. My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, where you are seen, heard, and supported in living a more fulfilling and meaningful life. I believe deeply in the power of human connection and pair this with evidence-based interventions to help clients reach their goals and gain new insight into themselves. I specialize in supporting adolescents and young adults, bringing over nine years of counseling experience to my practice. I am trained in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care and have extensive experience providing grief and trauma support. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices—to create a tailored treatment experience that meets each client’s unique needs.
