Many people struggle with anxiety or building healthy relationships because we’re socialized to people please, be polite at all costs, and say yes when we mean no. Many of us were never taught to set healthy boundaries, stand up for ourselves, or express our needs, which can lead to feeling disrespected, taken advantage of, and undervalued. My work is centered around empowering all people to tune into their inner wisdom and speak up so they can move through life with confidence.
