I am a licensed clinical psychologist working in the field for over 25 years primarily doing psychotherapy with older teens and adults of all ages. I view psychotherapy as a collaborative journey that the therapist and client go on together. One that requires curiosity, self-exploration, attunement, and mutual regard. Choosing a therapist that feels like a good fit is critical to a good outcome so I typically begin by speaking to prospective clients on the phone allowing you to share what you are looking for while allowing you to ask any initial questions you may have about me or the therapeutic process.
