I’m here to help you feel empowered to make the changes you can in your life and in your community, and to help you develop the tools you need to manage the things you can’t. I'm experienced in working with depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, self-harm, suicidal ideation, trauma, and other life stressors, and I specialize in working with LGBTQ individuals through all stages of their identity journeys. I approach my work predominantly through the lenses of humanistic psychology and acceptance and commitment therapy, which means that I believe you’re the expert of your own life, and that healing means living your values to create the life you want while facing life’s difficulties rather than living in fear of them or pretending they’re not there.
