About
I am currently taking adult clients with a focus on relationships of all stages (pre-marital, long-term, navigating divorce, coparenting, & pivotal decisions), sexuality, gender, trauma, aging, illness, infertility, adoption, anxiety, depression, bipolar, & adjustment. I am trained to work with culturally diverse populations and alternative relationship structures (with a specialty in ENM/Polyamory). My space is safe and affirming for all sexual orientations and gender-expansive clients. I can see clients virtually who are Michigan residents. I have immediate openings and look forward to building relationships with new clients! Using person-centered skills, I primarily orient from existential, interpersonal process, and strengths-based therapies. When working with relationships, I pull techniques from emotionally focused therapy, attachment theory, meaning-making, and Gottman. I help clients overcome obstacles, explore identity, and set their individual and relationship goals.
