My counseling style is eclectic and client focused with a systems perspective. I believe that people act or behave with the intent of feeling good, but often develop coping behavior along the path of life that no longer serves them. I assist clients in identifying and connecting with the positive intent behind "dysfunctional behavior", and discovering new methods of coping that lead to a more balanced and joyful journey through life.
