I am currently accepting new clients within Virginia, Texas and California. I provide individual therapy for late adolescents and adults with a wide range of backgrounds. I have specialized experience working with depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, grief, expats, crisis and life transitions. I am certified in TEAM-CBT for the specific treatment of depression and anxiety. However, I also integrate a Client-Centered and Solution-Focused approach to help you recognize your existing strengths and feel empowered to use them. My hope is to foster an authentic therapeutic environment to meet the needs of my clients.
