Whether you are suffering from symptoms of depression and anxiety, having difficulty managing emotions, feeling inadequate, have unresolved trauma or simply want to feel more satisfied with your life and relationships, I am ready to help you. I work with adults and adolescents, individually, in a psychodynamic group format, or both. I have been trained in several schools of thought, and draw on these to provide each of my patients with a tailored therapy experience, based on their needs and wants. I use my training in experiential, relational, affective, attachment-based, embodied, and psychodynamic therapies (such as EMDR, AEDP and Gestalt) to amplify the healing power of the dyad.
