My approach is trauma-informed and client-centered, grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection with ourselves and others. We are all shaped by our experiences and sometimes we need someone else to help explore the impact of those experiences. I am committed to providing a safe space to explore together. We’ll explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, uncovering how past experiences or trauma may be shaping your present-day thoughts, feelings, and relationships. I offer a trauma-informed, attachment focused style of therapy. I strive to create a safe and affirming space for individuals. I have experience living and identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community. I am specifically passionate about working with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, and the complexities of the LGBTQ+ experience.
