I enjoy working with those struggling with anxiety or trauma related to their past experiences, interpersonal relationships or current life circumstances. I use creativity to help clients feel at ease and see things from a different perspective as well as addressing symptoms in order for them to start to feel relief and start 'living' again! I specialize in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation and BPD. I am also an approved clinical supervisor for LACs and an Art Therapy Certified Supervisor for LAATs and ATR-Ps working toward licensure/certification.
